The Honorable John McHugh, 21st Secretary of the Army, discusses the statue dedicated to Col. Bull Simons with Lt. Gen. John F. Mulholland, U.S. Special Operations Commander, during a visit to the Special Operations Community on Oct. 29. In the Bull Simmons Memorial Plaza, 3D Special Forces Group (Airborne) conducted a Modular Demonstration for the Secretary, who is visiting Fort Bragg, N.C., in order to attend a conference and to visit with the Major Commands headquarterd on the installation.
