MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII – Cpl. Israel Prater, an air support operations operator attached to the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, crawls under his squad during the “build a house” exercise for a Martial Arts Instructors Course aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii on May 1, 2017. The MAIC is a three week long course that puts students through various training to include paper test, physical training and evaluations on properly teaching techniques.
