MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII – Sgt. Elliot Moore, a helicopter airframe mechanic with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, and Sgt. Michael Blazer, aircraft maintenance administration specialist attached with the 11th MEU, grapple at the Risley field during a Martial Arts Instructors Course aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii on May 1, 2017. The MAIC is a three week long course that puts students through various training to include paper test, physical training and evaluations on properly teaching techniques.
