Seaman Rommel Rodriguez, of Orange, Calif., uses a forklift to seal a vertical conveyor in the hangar bay aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan during an opposed Replenishment at Sea. Ships conduct an opposed RAS to practice completing replenishments at sea in a wartime scenario with other ships in the same strike group providing perimeter protection.
