PACIFIC OCEAN (May 9, 2017) Sailors assigned to the visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) team of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52) board a vessel during a maritime infrastructure protection exercise off the coast of Southern California. Pearl Harbor is part of the America Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and is conducting a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX) off the coast of Southern California in preparation for a deployment later this year.
