Lance Cpl. Josh Czerepka, 22, a combat engineer from Orlando, Fla., operates a tram vehicle at a small combat outpost in Musa Qal’eh, Nov. 4. Engineers with 1st Combat Engineer Battalion, 1st Marine Division (Forward), used the tram to fill hesco barriers to fortify defensive positions manned by 1st Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment. Marines of 1st CEB provide direct support to 1/8 in the Musa Qal’eh district.
