170515-N-ZW825-542 SOUTH CHINA SEA (May 15, 2017) Sailors aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sterett (DDG 104) lower the Navy Jack in preparation for getting underway from anchorage. Sterett will participate in the International Maritime Defense Exhibition 2017 (IMDEX 17). IMDEX 17 is hosted by the Republic of Singapore and is one of the largest maritime exhibitions in the Asia-Pacific region, featuring a trade show and a series of multilateral exercises and exchanges.
