Combat Center Commanding General, Brig. Gen. William F. Mullen III listens to Andres Fuentes, installation range control officer, G-3, Operations and Training, explain the rules and regulations of the archery range during its opening on Range 3A at the installation’s rifle range aboard Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, Calif., May 11, 2017. The idea was proposed through the installation’s newly-implemented Facebook group, Make the Stumps Better, which is an initiative proliferated by Combat Center Commanding General, Brig. Gen.
