Members of the Virgin Islands National Guard play the role of rioters clashing with members of the Quick Reaction Force made up by the 610th Quartermaster Company and the 73rd Army Band during a civil disturbance training at the Lionel E. Roberts Stadium on St. Thomas, May 16. The training occurred during Operation Vigilant Guard 17-03, a national disaster response exercise hosted in the U.S. Virgin Islands by VING and U.S. Northern Command.
