    The new hospital project at Fort Irwin consists of a 216,000 square foot hospital facility which provides Soldier and family patient care, emergency medicine, and a wide variety of clinical support.

    U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Deputy Commanding General for Military and International Operations Maj. Gen. Mark Yenter toured several Los Angeles District projects at the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, California, during a visit here May 15.
