PACIFIC OCEAN (May 7, 2017) Sailors watch as the sunsets USS Bunker Hill (CG 52) after an air defense exercise. Thirteen WTIs were underway with the USS Theodore Roosevelt Strike Group (CSG) leading advanced tactical training events in support of the Theodore Roosevelt Group Sail. This image was made using a high dynamic range composite of 9 photographs to highlight both shadow and highlight details in the photograph.
