Country music artist, Ayla Brown, snaps a photo with member of Company C, 1-214th Aviation Regiment while touring the camp here Nov. 16. The soldiers Company C, or “Dust Off,” taught Brown about their mission to provide medical evacuation and emergency care to the wounded while deployed. Brown and her entourage came out with Outback Steakhouse, Inc., Restaurant Partners, LLC, in support of Operation Feeding Freedom. “Operation Feeding Freedom” kicked off in 2002, and has now fed more than 170,000 service members in Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain, Turkey, Djibouti, Qatar, Manas and Afghanistan.
