Hoosier Youth ChalleNGe Academy students 17-year-old Jocelyn Parker of Michigan City, Ind., and 16-year-old Anika Greene of Jeffersonville, Ind., visit the Indiana War Memorial in downtown Indianapolis, Nov. 18. Founded by Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels and Indiana National Guard Adjutant General Maj. Gen. R. Martin Umbarger in 2007 to give Indiana high school dropouts a second chance.
