YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 25, 2017) – Capt. Jeffrey Kim, Commander, Fleet Activities, Yokosuka (CFAY), speaks at the Memorial Day Ceremony held on the base. The ceremony commemorated the lives of those lost during service in the armed forces. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
