Sailors from the Royal Cambodian Navy attend classrooms training sessions conducted by the Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training Command Mobile Training Team earlier this year. The MTT provided classroom and hands-on training in leadership, security tactics and small boat maintenance. Additionally, the MTT helped the RCN implement a training management system in preparation for the accession of over 400 new sailors, the first new recruits to the RCN since 1993.
