Sgt. Maj. (Ret.) Jane Decker, the last division personnel sergeant major for the 98th Training Division (Initial Entry Training), looks back at photos from her time as a Soldier. Decker was originally part of the Women’s Army Corps. A few years later, Decker transferred to the U.S. Army Reserve and served over 40 years as a Citizen-Soldier.
