Lance Cpl Curtis Maslyn, an administrative clerk with Headquarters and Service Company, Battalion Landing Team 1/1, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit inserts a Nasopharyngeal Airway into Cpl. Todd Lawhon’s nose to notionally help him breathe during final testing of the Combat Lifesavers Course, Nov. 15, aboard the USS Green Bay. During Composite Training Unit Exercise, corpsmen from the BLT taught the course to help train Marines to save lives. C2X is the second at-sea exercise designed to prepare the MEU for their deployment in early 2010.
