A U.S. Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt II maneuvers into formation with a KC-10 Extender from the 908th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron after receiving fuel while flying over Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Nov. 25, 2010. The A-10 has excellent maneuverability at low air speeds and altitude, and is a highly accurate weapons-delivery platform.
