Lt. Gen. William G. Webster (right), commanding general of Third Army, leads the Honorable Joseph W. Westphal (left), who serves as the under secretary of the United States Army, on a tour of Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Dec. 2. During the tour, Westphal was able see to how Third Army not only supports the war fighter but is a war-fighting headquarters. Westphal received hands on experience with different combat vehicles and state of the art satellite equipment used by Third Army. "Coming here and seeing how Third Army continues its mission while at the same time preparing for any mission that might arise is truly impressive," said Westphal.
