The Honorable Joseph W. Westphal, who serves as the under secretary of the United States Army, speaks with soldiers during a tour of Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Dec. 2. Westphal was given a firsthand look at the capability of different vehicles used by Third Army. During the tour, Westphal was able see to how Third Army not only supports the war fighter but is a war-fighting headquarters. "Coming here and seeing how Third Army continues its mission while at the same time preparing for any mission that might arise is truly impressive," said Westphal.
