Brig. Gen. Lisa Doumont, commanding general for Medical Readiness and Training Command, meets with Col. Jason Pyle, commander of 228th Combat Support Hospital based out of San Antonio, Texas during the MRTC hosted training exercise held at the the Mayo Clinic Multidisciplinary Simulation Center located in Rochester, Minnesota.
Soldiers assigned to the 807th Medical Command’s 228th CSH attended the three-day training exercise on 2-4 Jun.
The MCMSC TeamSTEPPS Exercise, hosted by Army Reserve Medical Command’s Medical Readiness and Training Command, provides Army Reserve medical units and healthcare providers the opportunity to work together in a realistic setting that replicates theater-specific injuries and focuses on teaching and incorporating TeamSTEPPS into Army Reserve processes.
