SAN DIEGO, Calif. (June 13, 2017) – U.S. Coast Guard Capt. Matthew J. Gimple, chief of staff at Commander, 11th Coast Guard District (center), presents U.S. Navy Cmdr. Josh Menzel, commanding officer of Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111) (right), Cmdr. Robert Kimnach, commanding officer of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 49 (left center), and Lt. Cmdr.
