    Sailors assigned to the guided-missile frigate USS Hawes lower the ensign for the last time during the ship's decommissioning ceremony at Naval Station Norfolk. After more than 25 years of service, Hawes will be towed to the Inactive Ships Maintenance Facility in Philadelphia, where it will be retained as a logistic support asset.
