FREEPORT, Bahamas. (June 17, 2017) A tug boat assists the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) as she pulls out of Freeport Harbor. Iwo Jima was in Freeport June 13-16 for a scheduled port visit to continue growing the long-standing relationship between the U.S. and the Bahamas and allow the ship’s crew to experience the culture of the Caribbean nation.
