U.S. Army Spc. Jonathan Willbanks, Bravo Company, 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, prepares an AH-64 Apache as a static display before a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially open the full length of the runway at Shindand Air Base, Afghanistan, Dec. 20, 2010. The runway is now capable of supporting aircraft as large as the C-17 Globemaster III.
