Lance Cpl. Wade Lander leads a tour of personnel from Program Executive Officer Land Systems through the Common Aviation Command and Control System aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C. June 28, 2017. The CAC2S system will provide a complete and coordinated modernization of Marine Air Command and Control System equipment, improving expeditionary capabilities while reducing size and time requirements for Marine Air-Ground Task Force commanders. The CAC2S will interface with the Composite Tracking Network and Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar to improve the situational awareness and decision making ability of MAGTF COs.
