A Marine assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 365 (Reinforced), 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), fires a M240G machine gun at a floating target from an UH-1Y Huey during an aerial sniper drill focused on proficiency in engaging targets from an aircraft June 29, 2017. The 24th MEU is underway with the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations.
