Dr. Daad Mohammad Amir, the Chief Executive Technical Director with the Dutch Committee for Afghanistan, VetServ, explains the disease reporting process in Afghanistan to a group of U.S. Army veterinarians during a tour of the Central Veterinary Research and Diagnostics Lab in Kabul here Dec. 28. The tour gave the veterinarians a better understanding of the lab’s capabilities which they will pass on to the Afghan veterinarians they work with, in their respective provinces.
