A laboratory technician with the Central Veterinary Research and Diagnostics Lab in Kabul here sets an anthrax slide in oil during a tour held for a group of U.S. Army veterinarians Dec. 28. The tour gave the veterinarians a better understanding of the lab’s capabilities which they will pass on to the Afghan veterinarians they work with, in their respective provinces.
