NORFOLK, Va. (May 11, 2017) – Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Equipment) 2nd Class Vincheza Carter, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), welds the purchase cable for the initial setup of the test cables for Ford's Advanced Arresting Gear.
