Bill Vivian, the commanding officer of Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Central Command in the Middle East, July 6, 2017. During his visit, Townsend spoke with SPMAGTF-CR-CC Marines about the importance of tactical recovery of aircraft and personnel missions and recognized Marines for excellence.
