U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Chris Blair, 774th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, ensures the engines of a C-130H Hercules are operating properly during engine startup at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, Jan 6. C-130s are able to land on runways that many other cargo aircraft are unable to, making them invaluable when moving passengers and cargo.
