Pfc. Tyler Hutson, 390th Engineering Company, chips dried mud from the tracks of construction equipment during Resolute Castle 17 at Cincu, Romania, June 15, 2017. As a civilian, Hutson, is employed by Walmart and lives in Dandridge, Tenn. He and his fellow Engineers traveled to Romania to construct a maneuver training range. Once completed this facility will allow combat arms units from the U.S., Allied forces and partner nations, the opportunity to hone their warfighting skills and improve their lethality in the European theater. Resolute Castle 2017 is a U.S. Army Reserve led, United States Army Europe sponsored, Multi-Component, Multi-National Engineer Readiness Training Exercise. Resolute Castle improves interoperability, enhances confidence and security assurance between partner nations, and improve infrastructure, capability and capacity at select locations.
