Petty Officer 3rd Class Jordan Springer, a boatswain's mate from Holland, Texas, explains coxswain responsibilities to Petty Officer 2nd Class Alexander Luna, a boatswain's mate from New York, during Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat operations off the starboard side of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan.
