BRISBANE, Australia (July 23, 2017) The forward-deployed Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Barry (DDG 52) is tugged in the Brisbane River during a sea-and-anchor detail concluding Talisman Saber 2017. Barry is currently participating in Talisman Saber 2017, a realistic and challenging exercise that brings service members closer and improves both U.S. and Australia’s ability to work bilaterally and multilaterally, and prepares them to be poised to provide security regionally and globally.
