Kacy Gunter at a construction site at Joint National Training Center, Cincu, Romania. Gunter is the officer-in-charge of building a berm to protect targetry on a tank live-fire range for Operation Resolute Castle 17. Resolute Castle is an operation employing South Carolina Army National Guard, U.S. Army Reserve, Navy Seabees, U.K. Royal Engineers, and Romanian Land Forces to build relationships with the NATO alliance and enhance its capacity for joint training and response to threats within the region.
