Col. Dennis Wille, deputy exercise director for Noble Partner, along with Soldiers from all participating Nations honor the Georgians that died during the August War in 2008, at the Mukhatgverdi Cemetery monument in Tbilisi, Georgia, Aug. 8, 2017. Noble Partner 17 is a European Rotational Force exercise of Georgia's light infantry company contribution to the NATO Response Force. The exercise provides participating nations with the opportunity to train in a multinational environment while enhancing cooperation and interoperability during realistic and challenging training events.
