Spc. Justin Inman, team leader assigned to Company A, 1st Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Advise and Assist Brigade, 25th Infantry Division, demonstrates proper firing positions to Iraqi jinood, Arabic for soldiers, of 2nd Battalion, 21st Regiment, 5th Iraqi Army Division, during reflexive fire training at Kirkush Military Training Base, Feb. 6, 2011. Iraqi soldiers continue to build upon skills learned, using reflexive firing techniques and basic marksmanship principles with each upcoming aspect of training at KMTB, enhancing their war fighting and external security capabilities. The training is the second iteration of battalion-level training at KMTB as part of Tadreeb al Shamil, or All Inclusive Training. Tadreeb al Shamil is an Iraqi training program to modernize Iraqi army units through collective training for Iraqi jinood and their units.
