U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit Soldiers on the Service Rifle Team competed against Marines, Airmen, Coast Guardsmen, and both National Guard and Reserve Soldiers during the Interservice Rifle Championships in Quantico, Virginia from July 26 to August 2, 2017. Shooting long distances required the servicemembers to use all available tools and skills in a battle to determine the best marksmen in the Department of Defense.
