Harold Catlett spent most of his time as a hydrographic surveyor on smaller survey vessels, referred to as Hydros, like the one pictured here in front of Fort McHenry in 2012. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, is welcoming its newest survey vessel, Survey Vessel CATLETT, named in honor of the late Harold Catlett.
