Harold Catlett, left, was a hydrographic surveyor for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District for decades prior to his sudden passing in 2014. In that time, he mentored many and left a lasting impression on his teammates, who requested that the District's new hydrographic survey vessel be named after him. Survey Vessel CATLETT, right, was constructed in 2017 and will support Baltimore District's navigation mission.
