SAN ANTONIO (Aug. 15, 2017) John Rodriguez, a Marine Corps veteran, salutes as the Navy Medicine Training Support Center (NMTSC) Chief Petty Officer (CPO) select color guard presents the colors for the National Anthem during a graveside memorial service in San Antonio honoring Hospitalman John E. “Jackie” Kilmer.
