The Institute provides the 254th with a modern, state-of-the-art, instructional complex where National Guard Soldiers from all 54-states and territories, the Army Reserves, and Active Duty Army can receive training in career management fields including the Non-Commissioned Officer Education System, Military Occupational Specialty Training, and Officer Candidate School. The $32-million, 86,000 square-foot facility, includes an administration and classroom building with 11 classrooms, a library, a 225-seat auditorium, and a student billeting building ensuring year-round training.
