Staff Sgt. Carlos Arce, selected by 1st Battalion, 153rd Infantry Regiment, as one of nine Soldiers of the month, prepares to fire the AT4 while deployed with the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa in Djibouti. Soldiers of the month were offered the opportunity to participate in a limited AT4 live-fire exercise at a range along the southern coast of the Gulf of Tadjoura, Aug. 22, 2017.
