Master Sgt. Kenneth Anderson Jr., from the Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 313th Movement Control Battalion, practices different driving scenarios specifically designed for motorcycle riders as part of the Honda SMARTrainer program. The program, in conjunction with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, is designed to give the rider different real world scenario’s that could happen on the road in a simulated setting to give him chance to learn from mistakes without real world consequences. All situations can be viewed from various angles or points of view, including those of drivers, pedestrians or bicyclists, to further illustrate conditions such as “blind zones”. The training was sponsored by 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) safety office.
