Bruce Syvinski, commander, 86th Combat Support Hospital, sign the memorandum of agreement allowing Red Cross volunteers to work in the combat support hospital, Aug. 31, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Volunteerism is one of the oldest social practices in America which strengthen communities by increasing one’s social and relationship building skills.
