Civilians and U.S. service members come together to celebrate the start of a partnership program amongst the American Red Cross and 86th Combat Support Hospital, Aug. 31, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. U.S. Army Central wants service members to take advantage of any training opportunities available, because they are committed to building leaders who are technically and tactically proficient, adaptive, innovative and agile.
