Qais Subhie Mustafa, who works for the Chief of Staff of the Department of Media and relations and is the Instructor for the Iraqi Ministry of Defense’s Advanced Broadcasting and Television Production Workshop, teaches the class the different aspects of using a video camera at the MoD’s Ministerial Developmental and Training Center here Feb. 28. The first advanced iteration of the workshop graduated March 2.
