U.S. Air Force Maj. Jose A. Cardenas, Deputy Public Affairs Officer to the Deputy Commanding General for Advising and Training, serves as a guest lecturer during the Iraqi Ministry of Defense’s Advanced Broadcasting and Television Production Workshop conducted at the MoD’s Ministerial Developmental and Training Center here Feb. 28. Cardenas is an Air Force Reserve Officer who works in his civilian profession as a professor with the Department of Telecommunications at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.
