CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan— Tomoyuki Seki intently listens to a judge advocate subject matter expert give a brief at the legal services support section Aug. 31 aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Seki is one of eight students from the University of the Ryukyus that came to learn about the military justice system.
